Best Grilled Cheese Ever!!!!!

I love cheese.  Okay, that's an understatement.  I loooooooooooooove cheese.  It's like one of my top food groups, right along with chocolate.  So needless to say, I love grilled cheese sandwiches.  Bread with gooey melted cheese oozing out of it when you bite into it.  (Please excuse me while I wipe the drool off of my chin.)

 

And I have found the most AMAZING grilled cheese ever!  Or should I say evah, because it's out of a restaurant in Boston.  Hubby came across a website called the Phantom Gourmet, which basically showcases recipes out of restaurants in Boston.  And he found this picture:

Actually, to be quite honest, I did have a bit of a stomachache when I was done.

 

 

 

I actually posted this one to Pinterest.  And I cannot understand why there have not been 500 gazillion repins.  BECAUSE IT IS THAT YUMMY!!!!!!  There hasn't even been one.  :(  So come on people.  For one day, throw caution to the wind.  Take some lipitor, don't count your carbs, and try this most amazing grilled cheese sandwich evah!!!!!
